What is North East Business Space?

North East Business Space is a new industrial and commercial property website and database for the North East of England. Currently managed for One NorthEast by GHK Consulting, North East Business Space is a FREE SERVICE aimed at the business community, property professionals and public sector agencies with an interest in the industrial and commercial property market in the region.

North East Business Space provides:

  • An on-line property search facility, providing access to details of 6,000 currently available industrial and commercial properties to let or for sale in the North East
  • A property analysis service that can only be accessed by members of the service
  • A regionally focused platform for agents, surveyors, local authorities, enterprise agencies and developers to market their available space. Users each get their own secure admin area and an easy to use update facility.
  • An enquiry service that will inform you of any interest in your properties from users of the property search facility

Why become a member of North East Business Space?

Membership of North East Business Space is currently FREE for agents and surveyors, with the condition that they a) have an operational interest in the North East property market; and b) that they agree to regularly (at least monthly) update their details of available premises on the website. On becoming a member, members are given a username and password which gives them access to their own admin area on the NEBS website.

Although there are other national websites available for agents to subscribe to, North East Business Space is the most comprehensive for the North East, covering all industrial and office properties from the smallest incubator unit to the largest distribution centre or headquarters building. In addition, its current membership does not just focus on the larger national and regional chartered surveyors, but also provides a platform for local surveyors, estate agents, local developers and even local businesses wanting to advertise surplus space.
