North East Business Space provides a region-wide property search facility for businesses and entrepreneurs looking for premises in the North East. The service is wholly funded by One NorthEast as part of its business development function. In delivering this function, the Agency works closely with other regional, sub-regional and local partners, including sub-regional partnerships, development agencies and local authorities. By registering as a user with North East Business Space you are providing permission for your details to be passed to partner organisations who may contact you over the next few days offering help with your property search and to make you aware of the additional services and support that is available to your business. In addition, your details will also be passed to the agents/chartered surveyors that are marketing the properties that you view details of.
